| Our timber is stable. We know this
from 20 years + 20,000m² of installed floors.
Our warranty relies on the fact that timber does not move by itself. The only thing to make it move is water or heat. We know that if water contact is not made and direct heat is not in contact with the floor, it will remain stable which we are happy to guarantee for 10 years. The guarantee covers entire floor failure not partial. It does not cover
building faults or installation methods or materials which fail. Batch
failure needs to be established, not isolated jobs. |
Warranty covers replacement timber of size or similar at our discretion. We are not liable for existing floor removal or associated costs, alternative accommodation or furniture removal or any other costs. This guarantee is only valid after the signed warranty is
returned by the purchaser and is not transferable. The applicant agrees
these are the terms and scope of the guarantee and agrees to claim only
for replacement on timber.
